My codec pack came with x3tc.exe and x3ap.exe pre-excluded(as well as a very long list of other games that seem to have this kind of trouble). I've checked for the magix codec and it is not on this system. However, I can't seem to find any way to disable my APU and use my discrete GPU instead. ![]() My system specs are a little out of the ordinary, so I'm thinking that it may be part of the problem. Crashes will occur even while in station after loading and not doing anything or flying to a relatively empty sector and facing empty space. ![]() but this does not seem to do anything to stop or slow it from CTD-ing. This problem devolves into a simple CTD when AVG resident scanner is disabled in most cases. 3 seconds and then the graphics turn into gibberish horizontal lines for about a second. When playing X3:TC or X3:AP seemingly at random times I get a BSOD: A clock interrupt was not recieved on a secondary processor within the alotted time interval. ![]()
